The error occurs when an unsupported browser is used to initiate the Video KYC call. Some commonly known unsupported browsers include Oppo Browser, Vivo Browser, and Opera Mini where the above error is likely to appear.
Resolution:
To resolve this problem and ensure a smooth VKYC experience, customers should use the following supported browsers:
- For PC/Android users: Chrome or Firefox
- For iOS users: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox
